Chess Set Box and Trays
This is one of the few things that I built for myself. My father recently handed me the family heirloom chess set from England. I needed something to keep the pieces in that would look nice enough to display. I designed this dovetailed, three tone box with Cherry, Walnut, and Ebony. The trays are all box-jointed. This thing is beautiful.
