Desktop Photo Frames and Holders
There are so many photo frames that I cannot picture them all, here are two of the most recent. The first is a Father’s Day gift from my daughter (it was her idea) and the second is a birthday gift for his girlfriend. I will add a few more photo frames, but I really could do a website just for them.
His is more of a stand for antique print press letters that we found at a swap meet. The “Grandpa” letters are spelled backwards, which has a look that a young child wrote it. The gold paperclip holds any picture he chooses to add. The base is made of Bolivian Rosewood with Yellowheart accent.
Her frame was designed to accent the picture of their cabin in Northern California. It is made from Zebrawood with a Macassar Ebony inlay and feet.
Custom Baptism Certificate, Holy Water, Candle Frame
This was made from my niece and nephew who made the decision to be baptized. The candle and holy water are nestled into the custom cutouts. This project uses black walnut and maple.
Exotic Hardwood Photo Frames
Both of these frames were built for our house. The first is made of Blue Mahoe and finished with a waterbased varnish making it appear green. The second is made of Zebrawood.
